These terms govern your use of kavoraemporium.shop and every order placed on it. The site is operated by Kavora Emporium, a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, trading online as Kavora Emporium. Using the site means you accept them.

1. The seller

Kavora Emporium is a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading entirely online with no showroom, display yard or retail counter open to the public. The address at the foot of this page is our registered and dispatch address. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy each form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or supervised by a parent or guardian, and able to contract under Indian law. Guest checkout is available. Activity under your login is treated as yours, so keep the password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account used for fraud, for abuse of the returns process, or for interference with the site.

3. Products, assembly and safety

We sell Charcoal Grills and outdoor-cooking accessories. Grate diameter, cooking area, bowl material, vent configuration and shipping weight are listed as published by the manufacturer of that item. Four points specific to this category, stated here so they are never a surprise:

• Self-assembly. Grills arrive flat-packed and you assemble them using the supplied hardware and manual. We do not provide an assembly service.
• No fuel supplied. Charcoal, briquettes, lighter cubes and fluid are not included and we do not ship combustibles.
• Outdoor use only. A charcoal grill produces carbon monoxide. Never use one indoors, in a garage, on an enclosed balcony or in any unventilated space. Keep it clear of walls, awnings, furniture and anything that can catch.
• First-burn cure. High-temperature paint smells and smokes lightly on the first burn. Run the grill empty at high heat before cooking, as the manual directs.

You are responsible for assembling and operating the grill safely and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and local fire rules. We are not an authorised distributor of any third party, and we do not offer a six-month or manufacturer’s warranty of our own; where the maker provides one, the card in the carton governs it. What we cover is condition on arrival, under the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery only; we do not accept cards or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI. Orders of ₹2,999 and above ship free, with a flat ₹99 below that. Prices can change but never after you order. Where a price or specification was displayed in error we may cancel the affected order and refund in full rather than supply on wrong terms.

5. Orders and our right to refuse

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms on dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel — out of stock, pricing error, PIN code with no freight route, unverifiable payment, suspected fraud — refunding in full within 5 to 7 business days. We may limit quantities per customer.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Handling is 1 to 3 business days; freight transit is 5 to 12 business days; total 6 to 15 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Delivery is to your door at ground level and must be received and signed for by an adult. You are asked to inspect the carton before signing, to film the unboxing, and to report damage within 48 hours. Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unassembled, never-fired goods in the original carton with the hardware bag and invoice, and approved refunds are processed within 12 business days. The individual policies prevail over this summary.

7. Wear and tear

A charcoal grill lives outdoors. Surface rust, paint discolouration around vents, and grate burn-through after seasons of use are wear rather than defects, and are not covered by any remedy in these terms. Store the grill covered and dry to slow all three.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape the catalogue, to introduce malicious code, to place fraudulent orders, or to attempt access to non-public areas. We may withdraw access for any of these.

9. Intellectual property

Text, layout, photography, graphics and the logo on kavoraemporium.shop belong to Kavora Emporium and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not republish or exploit them commercially without written permission. Third-party names appearing in a specification remain their owners’ and are used only to describe fit or compatibility.

10. Third-party links

We link to freight partners’ tracking pages and to manufacturer manuals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability

The site and the goods are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site, from delay in delivery, or from the use or misuse of a grill. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity and force majeure

You agree to hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unsafe use of a grill, or unlawful use of the site. We are not in breach where performance is prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including monsoon flooding, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, transport strikes, government restrictions and freight-network failure.

13. Grievance redressal

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. No other country’s law or forum applies.

15. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the version in force for your order is the one published when you ordered.
